I am delighted to welcome you to Promotional Coaching and Training (PCAT), our dedicated study group aimed at preparing officers for promotional exams and helping you achieve top scores, even aiming for the coveted number one position. With over two decades of dedicated service to our community where I have gained extensive experience in law enforcement leadership roles, and a recent graduate of the Command and Leadership Academy, I understand the challenges and aspirations that come with pursuing career advancement. Throughout my tenure, I have been privileged to serve in various capacities, from Officer to Lieutenant, gaining invaluable insights into the intricacies of our profession and the expectations placed upon aspiring leaders like yourselves.

My passion for cultivating talent and fostering professional growth has led me to organize PCAT, where we can pool our collective knowledge, skills, and experiences to prepare effectively for the challenges ahead. Together, we will delve into the intricacies of law enforcement operations, leadership principles, and promotional exam content, ensuring that you are well-equipped to not only pass but to score high and secure top positions!

My department maintains a high level of competitiveness in promotional exams, where securing advancement requires attaining top scores statewide for all ranks. I am delighted to announce that I achieved the top score on the recent Captain's exam, positioning me as the leading candidate for promotion within my department. Drawing from my personal journey, I've invested extensive time and effort into studying, gaining valuable insights into effective preparation strategies. From my initial promotional exam onwards, I've continuously refined my approach, crafting custom study materials tailored to maximize success. Now, I am eager to share these meticulously crafted materials and proven study habits with fellow colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence and empowering others to achieve their full potential in the promotional exam process.

In addition to providing and creating comprehensive study materials, I am proud to be a certified instructor, specializing in teaching arrest, search and seizure at my local police academy. In this capacity, I’ve honed my ability to effectively communicate vital subjects in a clear, concise manner, ensuring they are readily comprehensible, memorable, and easily recalled.
